Credit Card Orders
Txttlktees uses Paypal, meaning you can use your paypal account or you can use American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard When you use your credit card, you will be asked to give us your credit card billing address, if different from the shipping address. If the billing address you give us does not match the one that is on file at the financial institution, or if authorization is not given for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notification.
COD Orders
Txttlktees does not accept COD (Collect on Delivery) orders.
Credits/Balances Due
Txttlktees will promptly refund any credits on your account using the same method to refund the amount as you used when you placed the order. For example, if the order was paid via credit card, Txttlktees will credit your credit card account.
Backorders
Txttlktees will usually notify you by email or phone if your order cannot be shipped within 2-3 weeks of the time that you placed it.
Returning/Exchanging Merchandise
When you receive your order from Txttlktees, make sure that you always keep the paperwork that is included. This will ensure you have the proper materials in case you wish to return and/or exchange an item. Also, save any emails you receive about your order, they may help with necessary and important information that will help us both in the return/exchange process.
Returned items must be in their original packaging from Txttlktees and in new condition, or they will be rejected and sent back to you.
Your order must be returned to Txttlktees in order to receive full product credit, your shipping costs will not be refunded.
Txttlktees will accept merchandise for return within 15 days of receipt. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging.
Defective Returns
All of our merchandise goes through quality control before it is shipped, but if you receive defective merchandise, please call us at (877) TXTTLK1 (898-8551) for assistance.
Damaged Returns
If you receive damaged merchandise, please save all packaging material and paperwork do not throw anything away! If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.

Txttlktees will try to accommodate you if you have recently placed an order and need information about it or would like to change it. There are a number of ways to contact us. Since Txttlktees begins processing your order immediately after we receive it, modifications are sometimes, but usually not possible.

We maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors, and we will note them on our website as soon as they are recognized. Please contact us within 30 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies.
When you place your order with us, you agree to the price and terms indicated on our Web site. Price differences related to future or past prices in our store or any other store are not refundable.
